School Facilities

At Warranwood Primary School, our facilities reflect the strength of our community and our commitment to providing exceptional learning environments for every child.

A Transformed Courtyard & Modern Library

Through the dedication of our families and the incredible work of our fundraising community, we have:

  • Redeveloped our central courtyard into a vibrant, welcoming space that supports outdoor learning, social connection and community events.

  • Refurbished our library into a modern, flexible learning hub — a calm and inspiring space designed to nurture a love of reading, research and collaboration.

These spaces are more than buildings — they are gathering places where curiosity and creativity thrive.

Outdoor & Sporting Facilities

Thanks to successful grant funding and ongoing improvement projects, our students benefit from outstanding sporting and active play spaces, including:

  • A redeveloped passive play area designed for inclusive and imaginative play

  • Indoor and outdoor basketball/netball courts

  • Indoor gymnasium for Physical Education, sport and whole-school events

  • A synthetic running track supporting athletics and fitness programs

  • A spacious oval for team sports and active recreation

These facilities support our commitment to student wellbeing, physical development and teamwork.

Zoned Playgrounds for Every Stage

We are proud to offer multiple, purpose-built playgrounds, thoughtfully zoned to support developmental stages:

  • Prep Playground – safe, nurturing and age-appropriate

  • Junior School Play Area

  • Middle School Playground

  • Senior School Play and Outdoor Spaces

This structure allows students to grow confidently within environments tailored to their needs.

Sustainability & Outdoor Learning

Our facilities also reflect our commitment to sustainability and environmental learning:

  • A vegetable garden supporting hands-on inquiry

  • Outdoor learning areas integrated across the school grounds

  • Spaces that encourage environmental responsibility and student leadership

A School Designed for Community

From our welcoming administration spaces to our well-resourced classrooms, specialist areas for Japanese, Visual and Performing Arts, and flexible learning environments, every space at Warranwood is designed with purpose.

Our facilities are a testament to what can be achieved when a strong community works together — through fundraising, grants and shared vision — to create a school environment where students feel safe, inspired and proud.
